BUSINESS CASE – GEMAYEL GROUP

THE PROJECT

• Venus Consultancy’s intervention covered the architectural, electro-mechanical, industrial, as well as management operating models.
• The focus was on designing a new architectural plan for sustainable manufacturing activities, in addition to re-organizing the manufacturing process in the factory.
• Implementing an effective Quality Management System conforming to international norm ISO 9001.

 LIMITATIONS

As the Lebanese economy is crashing, the unstable dollar rate plays a huge threat on the growth of Art House and on buying the needed raw material.

Adding to that, all the machinery was old and needed the operators’ intervention which was subject to human errors.

APPROACH

The project was successfully completed in July 2022 having successfully implemented the Quality Management System, with significant sales and productivity increase.
