BUSINESS CASE – K-MADE

THE PROJECT

• Optimizing the production helped K-Made increase their productivity, and reach new markets by redesigning the factory, ensuring a safe and pleasant working environment for the employees, and implementing a Quality Management System.
• The redesign of the factory is an opportunity for the owners to expand and reach foreign markets by creating a more efficient layout increasing productivity, reducing the cost, and creating new spaces to host the painting process.

 LIMITATIONS

As the Lebanese economy is crashing, the unstable dollar rate plays a huge threat to the growth of K-Made and buying the needed raw material.

Adding to that, Venus Consultancy helped improve the marketing strategy for K-Made to facilitate reaching new markets.

APPROACH

The project successfully implemented the Quality Management System, with significant sales and productivity increases. The management of the different flows was improved, in addition to the well-being of the workers.

K-Made still needs the funds to complete the solar power installation and close the project.
