Rearranging the machinery and equipment of APEX helped optimize the production lines, in addition to increasing the productivity of the factory.
As the Lebanese economy is crashing, the unstable dollar rate plays a huge threat to the growth of APEX and buying the needed raw material.
Adding to that, all the operations were the responsibility of the owners which limited the production capacity. VC helped rearrange the managerial roles by defining a new organizational chart and distributing the responsibilities and helped improve the marketing strategy to facilitate reaching new markets.
The project was successfully completed in July 2022 having successfully implemented the Quality Management System, with significant sales and productivity increases.
APEX still needs the funds to complete its Laboratory implementation to effectively Quality Control.
